Rates

$45 per hour

$200 up front (applied to hourly rate)

I ask clients for $200 to begin work on their site.  By the time funds are going to be exchanged you should have a good feel for what I do and how I do it.  To me, asking for money up front is a great way for me to see how serious my client is about their site.  This fee is applied directly to my hourly rate.

Billing

My billing practices are focused on fairness to my clients.  I send out invoices via email in .pdf format at the completion of portions of a project.  Site maintenance billing is done at my convenience. Payment is due on receipt.

Payment

Payment can be in the form of a check, personal or business, made payable to Dean Norman.  I also accept credit cards and paypal.
